Warranty Coverage during the Subscription:
The device will be covered by a comprehensive 2-year warranty from the date of purchase/activation as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing. This warranty ensures that the device is free from defects in materials and workmanship. If any covered defect arises, the subscriber is entitled to repair or replacement services, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Covered Defects : The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions arising from normal use.
Exclusions : The warranty DOES NOT COVER damage caused by:
Repair or Replacement : If a covered defect occurs, the provider will, at their discretion, repair the device using new or refurbished parts or replace it with a comparable new or refurbished unit.
Warranty Claim Process : To initiate a warranty claim, the subscriber must notify the provider within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase. They may need to ship the device to the provider's service centre or an authorised repair facility.
Other Exclusions and Limitations : The warranty may exclude specific components or accessories, such as batteries or external cables, which might have shorter warranty periods or be covered under separate warranties. The warranty may also limit the provider's liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from the device's use or malfunction.
