1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
  • International Shipping (7-14 business days)

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Products that are intangible are delivered via mail after verification of payment.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to South East Asian Region. For areas not listed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
